"Cool cups, polite and professional Barista. Crap coffee. IF she added any chocolate at all, it was barely a drizzle and adds zero flavor to the coffee. Perhaps it's because I did not want powdered chocolate crud floating on the top of my iced coffee, so I asked for the "other" syrup option, which was also an unpalatable option but better than no coffee at all, or so I thought. I asked for whole milk, I'm not sure that is what was used. Its far too watery for good whole milk. Over all its bitter, watery and flavorless. Because I do not offset business owners overhead costs by tipping for product I've not yet seen, much less tasted, and for which I have paid and they have been paid, I'm only "losing" seven dollars and some change rather than nine or ten bucks for a product that went to the trash after three sips. (I had to at least give it a chance to improve or grow on me before sacrificing my morning coffee at the beginning of a ten hour day of driving.) I'm beyond disappointed; I'm driving caffeine-free and I paid for that disappointment with zero recourse for resolution. Hence, this review. I absolutely made a poor choice."

"VERY sweet drinks. We got two seasonal hot coffees and both were unpalatably sweet. I would ask for future drinks to be made with less flavoring/syrup, if cloyingly sweet is your jam, this place is a doozy. Line moved pretty quickly and drinks were average price."

"I was driving through town last month and stopped at Sorbenots around 5:30am. The barista was friendly and upbeat even that early in the morning. I couldn’t decide what to get so she suggested I try the Mudslide and it was SO good! It was exactly what I needed to start the day. She was running the place by herself with a long line but still kept a smile on her face and made my drink perfectly. I asked her name because she was just that kind and positive. Big shoutout to Morgan for the awesome service and great coffee! Definitely my new coffee stop in Baker City!"

"Holy cow I never wanted to be one of those ladies that order the silly drinks - I've been a hardcore mocha/ cappuccino/ extra shot kind of girl since birth -but new medication and coffee do not mix well for a long drive. After consulting Gemini LOL, I ordered the decaf vanilla chai tea and let me tell you something . .... It's the best drink I think I've ever had and I'm hooked. Great job guys!"
