"The service here is hands down the top tier. The team is very kind and attentive. They are always happy to see you when you walk in the door and often give a warm and inviting welcome. Ava’s team is fantastic, especially Nevaeh and her helpful and kind personality. The entire team is lovely and their desserts & pastries… wow. The manager Joanna recommended that I try Dad’s delight and holy moly, let’s just say this isn’t just any padre’s paradise. "Listen. I drink a LOT of coffee. To the point where my doctor said at my last check up, “please stop drinking coffee, this has gone WAY too far.” So it’s safe to say, I know everything about coffee. More than the average person. For example, did you know that they grow beans in Columbia? Probably not. Point, set, match. But when I tell you, and I will right now, the beans at Ava’s in Progress Ridge produce the most exquisite hot bean water I’ve ever had the pleasure of slurping between my lips, I mean it. Coffee is kinda crazy if you think about it. How do they put water on beans, you drink it, and then all of a sudden your entire house is clean? I heard that the Egyptians actually build the pyramids on caffeine, then they died. How else would they move those giant blocks? I don’t know, and neither do you. Be honest, you don’t. But I really like the coffee at Ava’s, and the lady that looks like that blonde girl from Twilight makes a mean cup of joe."

"Great location, great hang out coffee shop on the beautiful lake at Progress Ridge shopping center. Coffee, food and setting great. The problem with the facility is that while the employees congregate behind the counter to socialize, many tables are dirty. They may want to clean around the edges a bit too. If the setting were "cleaned" up a bit, I would hit the 5 star on Atmosphere."

"Unfortunately although the baristas are good, we had multiple issues on a couple of occasions we visited this place. The outside tables are always dirty, rusty, and not organized. The espresso drinks are very low quality and don’t taste good at all. For the food and drink prices you expect a much better quality but every time we come we end up leaving disappointed. The cafe has amazing location but unfortunately because of these issues we end up picking the alternatives close-by. Very unfortunate of how this place is run and not managed well."
