To maintain the temperature of the portafilter, they clean it after extraction, reattach it to the machine for storage, and release hot water from the machine head before extraction to keep its temperature stable. This meticulous internal manual is highly commendable. Naturally, the coffee was delicious, and the ambiance was wonderful. The warmth from the gas fire pit placed in front of the outdoor tables was cozy and pleasant. I strongly recommend this spot. Grab a coffee and head to Pilot Butte Viewpoint to enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views of Bend."
