"(9/18/2023) Went here for my birthday drink, didn't have a good experience at all. The barista at first was extremely kind, my birthday reward didn't redeem onto my account, because I'd recently updated the email I use with it. So I showed her the email I got telling me about my free drink. When the manager came over, I didn't really appreciate her tone, and I just felt like she was going to deny me my birthday drink. I'm pregnant and was not about to have that... so I figured out the issue and got it all scanned in. When I got my drink, it was disgusting. It was mostly ice. I could barely taste the Watermelon, Pomegranate, or the Passion fruit syrups. Made me feel like they did it on purpose, kind of. I wanted to get the drink remade to my liking, but didn't want to go back to deal with that manager again. This is honestly why I give Dutch Bros my money. Their employees are always kind, chit chat with you, and their drinks always taste great as well. If they mess up, I don't feel unwelcome to go back and have it remade, either. Hopefully some of their other staff, or locations are better, but I won't be spending my money there any time soon."
