"The coffee is great (only place I will go to on/near campus) and the food is good, though I have not had a lot of it. The downside is always the service, sometimes when you walk in you feel like you are "interrupting" their gossip or side-work. Service tends to be very dry with certain baristas, and I have been let down without the option to ask questions due to their lack of interaction and walking away (even when not busy). They do not often ask follow ups, and unless you pay with card (they want the digital tip) they walk away before I can insert my phone number for their rewards program (which is pretty good, I want the points!). I have been here enough recognize certain staff whom are amazing, and others who need improvement. I think they need to discuss customer service "helpfulness", they are never blatantly rude however the bland service does not align with the upbeat atmosphere."

"TL;DR: Pretty sure the baristas hate life, or at least hate being here. Normally I could deal with the poor service, gen Z stares and frowns for mid coffee and get some work done, but the Wi-Fi has been mysteriously out for over three months. I don't have high hopes that it's being fixed anytime soon. The building is also in a total 5G/LTE dead zone, so you don't get texts and can't hotspot your way out of said Wi-Fi issue. Oh, and they just killed their $10 coffee + breakfast microwaved sandwich thing deal, so the Costco food / sugar concoctions are now $13+ a pair. You can have a better culinary experience in a McDonald's. I'm not even trying to be mean... it's genuinely just that unremarkable. Perfect place to go if you enjoy eating knockoff $7 McMuffins while staring at a wall."
