"I don't know what it is, I frequent a couple locations. I order the same drink every time. White Chocolate Mocha Extra Sweet as it seems as time has gone by with any coffee place, they keep reducing the white chocolate to where you can't taste it if you order it just as a White Chocolate Mocha (or at least I cant taste it). Lately, every time I go, it tastes like burnt coffee, no White chocolate or like today- it tasted like warm milk with hint of espresso... like 1/2 a shot vs the two I should have gotten. Reminded me of really weak almost see through black coffee with milkĺ. I have thrown out many coffees from them the last few months. It's sad because I used to believe they were one of, if not the best coffee places around and now it's just a waste of money to me."
