"I’ve been to this business a few times in the past and have generally had neutral-to-positive experiences, which is why this visit was so disappointing. During my most recent visit, the service was genuinely uncomfortable. The woman assisting me was extremely rude, made no eye contact throughout the interaction, and actually walked away mid-order without explanation. I was left standing there unsure of whether I was being helped at all. Good customer service doesn’t require over-the-top friendliness, but basic courtesy and communication matter. This experience felt dismissive and unprofessional, and it’s unfortunate because I had previously chosen to support this business. Sadly, I won’t be returning and will need to find a new coffee spot. A picture of the top of the head of the woman as I do not believe in putting someone’s face like that out here. However it would be wonderful if basic courtesy can be addressed with this individual."
