"One of my absolute favorite coffee shops in town! It is easy to spot, easy to get to, and while it is a small shop, I never am waiting more than like 10 minutes unless we get to talking a lot or there's lines of cars (which occasionally happen, but not often). The coffee is good, often better than what I can make at home (and my house has a setup to make cappuccinos, normal coffee with creamer, blended drinks, iced coffee, lattes, and mochas) and while specific times it's a little different depending on who is at the shop, it's never drastically different and tastes really good! Only annoyance I have is the rewards system (electronically, not the cards) since I have to ask to see my points instead of having an app or anything, but that's a minor issue and the system is relatively new anyways. Overall 10/10, would recommend, and have recommended to my friends and family!"

"Try the spicy chai! It's delicious, service is friendly, and they're *not* ripping you off -- my tasty hot chai was just $4.50."

"My favorite coffee kiosk in Eugene! Rich, delicious coffee, super kind people. I drive out of my way, because they’re so worth it. The caramel latte is my go-to, which is made with real caramel. They also have a punch card and double stamps on Tuesdays. Highly recommend 💙"

"There’s a barista there that makes my quad shot americano with a splash of cream and no sweetener hot or iced it’s so delicious. I forget her name but she said she worked there years ago and is now back. What a smile and she’s a vibe!! Super sweet lady. She gets five stars!✨⭐️🌟 Like, that’s how I know the beans are good!! That being said, I love this place’s roast!!! Great beans. I like coffee a lot. Somehow it’s hit and miss depending on the barista.. both in how welcome they make me feel and the taste of the drinks. Most recently a barista who’s middle aged with glasses who is there a lot, I ordered a 16 oz hot quad shot americano with a splash of cream and it tasted like hot coffee water. I know americano is espresso shots with more water and that’s it.. it wasn’t wrong but it wasn’t tasty… soooo the next day I said my order the same but I asked if she could run a little more of the water through to get that yummy coffee taste and she said it would cost more but didn’t offer to give me a shpiel or run down of cost or whatever, she made me keep asking for the info. Which was very unwelcoming. She told me after me prying that it would be 50 cents more. The fact that I had to say a paragraph or two to get this data is annoying but she proceeds to explain it’s because running it through twice is taxing on the machine and what I’m asking for is a “dirty” americano. I did no such thing as ask for it to run through twice.. honestly I thought she was teaching me something new but it was so stressful and unkind to breadcrumb it to me that I’d be damned if I would order it from her now. I was dumbfounded and the vibes were bad I did not want to consume anything from her hands so I told her it didn’t feel good and I left. I went to another place and asked them for exactly that, thinking I just learned some life hack, they said that an americano is already dirty, because “dirty” in coffee talk is adding a shot of espresso to a non coffee drink. I did just watch YouTube videos to educate myself and be less of an ass here, an espresso shot is approximately 2 oz.. I think they pull less water.. also notably when Global Delights told me that it was not a thing and they made me the quad shot americano as I asked for it, it was delicious, as always. Exactly what I was going for. I have also “learned” not to order cold brew from them also. It’s just not good. But again, I’m telling you the roast is delicious. That is why I try try again, because I live close and because it is delicious sometimes. Actually it’s super frustrating, I am not rich but this is what makes me feel human, so it is absolutely my favorite when baristas are welcoming and cheerful, helpful and kind. My preferred drink is very simple and I do not sweeten so the coffee is IT. So it’s a problem about pre prepped concentrates maybe? That’s why I stopped getting cold brew, I go crazy on plain cold brew at many other local places, you can’t mess it up!! Or not pulling enough water through the shots… that’s why I asked her to be sure to pull as much water through the shot as possible, when she dumped the shots it looked like tablespoons as opposed to two ounces of water per shot. I watched her pour a big old cup of hot water in and that’s what it tasted like. She told me it’s exactly the same every time and I told her she’s not the only barista there. I can’t afford it, so if you take the pleasure outta my “cheat” I’m not gonna do it anymore. So anyway I went on a whole educational journey because I thought maybe she was teaching me something. Alas, no. Potentially delicious coffee drinks right outside my door but I guess I’ll travel a couple of miles instead."
