"I've tried this place a few times over the past few years and have never cared for their drinks or their service. Staff are nice, but service has always been really slow and I've not had a mocha I've liked yet. Their pastries and food are descent if not in a hurry, but it's just not for me. Some of my coworkers and friends love the place, so maybe it's the location in the old parking structure or their choice of chocolate they use in their mochas that I'm not a fan of. It's not terrible, I'd go again but not my first choice..."

"I like this location more than the 5th Street spot. Music is more subtle so you can have an easy conversation. The lavender-cardamom-rose water latte was the hit of the day! The breakfast sandwich with added hash brown was really yummy, I was told. Parking is the only downside."
