"A bright, spacious spot for a great mocha I stopped in for the first time this week and was immediately struck by how spacious the place is. You’re not fighting for a table or bumping elbows at the counter—it feels open, airy, and relaxed. I ordered an iced mocha. It was exactly what I was hoping for: rich, balanced, and not overly sweet. Came out looking as good as it tasted. First impressions go a long way, and Big River Coffee nailed the two things I care about most: a really good drink and a comfortable place to enjoy it. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu. Simple, solid and spacious"

"I have tried this place once and I wasn't disappointed. They have a drive through and it was particularly busy when I arrived. Even so, they were pretty on top of everything and everyone was quite polite. They have a parking lot and plenty of spaces for parking nearby. The building itself is quite nice, with an upstairs where you can study and chat. I tried a late and I thought it was "alright." Nothing stood out however, I do plan to go back and try different beverages. Prices of this establishment are close to what other coffee shops charge."

"To the owner...unfortunately as of late we have had the experience where we love a place the first time we go....and then go back and it's a huge disappointment -they had to remake a drink because it had an espresso shot instead of decaf (which was for a child) but they didn't mark the decaf one at all -the frappe I had curdled because of the time waiting for the new drink -they didn't time the warm bagels with the cold drinks so they got cold by the time I got home -the wraps are pre-made and stored in the fridge Wouldn't you want to have pastries available for customers instead of a near empty case? There are way too many options for coffee in the area to have a subpar experience at these prices. -"

"Talk about rude and unprofessional. I was so looking forward to trying this place out. It’s really cute! HOWEVER, we arrived on a Weds. morning and the two girls behind the counter were as rude as they come. I was the one who said “Hello”. I was the one who asked, “How’s your day going?” Looked at me like I had 3 heads and they were doing me a favor. Also, do NOT order a bagel. OMG - they are like LEAD. Horrible!!"

"The lotus drinks are pretty tasty and definitely give energy. On the other hand, do not purchase the avocado toast! I’ve given it a try twice and I regret it very much, It should be off the menu immediately if they aren’t gonna use good avocados."
