"I love this coffee company so much. I drink their coffe everytime I am in Oregon at their sister company insomnia coffee. I had bought a very cute glass cup from them when I was in cannon beach the week before Thanksgiving. I feel in love with it. I got it home and was using it and it somehow got broken. I was heart broken to say the least. I went on the website to see if i could find it to order a new one. I couldn't find it so I reach out as a shot in the dark hopping they would tell me how I could get a new one. It took less than a day for then to reply back to me and they are sending me a new cup. It's just amazing that they would do something like that for me."
