"This is the second time to this Insomnia Coffee location. Not quite the friendly environment as the Cannon Beach or Murrayhill location. The barista was not friendly at all. Did not even acknowledge that my drinks were ready. I was waiting by the bar and knew that the two lattes were ours. And the barista just lazily pours the oat milk into the cups. See my pics on how the lattes came out. No effort in any latte art. Love the high ceiling and upstairs seating. But will not be back due to the unfriendly vibe from the barista."

"Food was great and the atmosphere is trendy and comfortable. Service unfortunately was very subpar. It was early in the morning so maybe the crew needed some coffee? The counter person was pleasant and warmed up once we started talking. The barista however didn't make eye contact when he called out my order. He just kept talking to the only other person at the counter. No one else was ordering or waiting for a drink. I was treated like an invisible person. I spent almost 15 dollars to treat myself and while the food and coffee was great I'll have to think twice before returning."

"We have been waiting in the drive thru line for over 35 minutes. We feel trapped! The employees nice, however at least apologize to customers whom waited that long for 2 coffees and a cookie. The owner should get this figured out. We decided we will commute the extra miles to Big River coffee shop from now on."
