"I visited Insomnia with my cousin, and it was such a cozy, relaxing spot, perfect for catching up. The ambiance was peaceful, and their matcha was rich and flavorful, not overly sweet. I also tried their blueberry delicacies, which were better than I expected—fresh, soft, and just the right amount of sweetness. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again."

"I visited several coffee shops during my latest visit to Oregon and Insomnia will be a repeat next time I'm there. Specifically, I need to buy and consume as many of the croissant pastries as possible! My daughter (who worked in Paris for a baker) said that the expert layers are called "lamination" and Insomnia's bakers nailed it. The cinnamon coffee cake was on the dry side but my cappuccino and the maple latter special were outstanding."

"I love this insomnia coffee. The baristas are lovely, friendly and great to chat with when there isn't a line. Their Dubai Chocolate mocha was always a treat, as well as all their other drinks! But this time… I think I accidentally ordered a witch’s potion instead of a drink. One sip in, and I was like, “Did I just drink mildly spicy water?” It had the texture of regret—clumpy, grainy, and potentially sentient. I think I may have unlocked a curse. Probably my fault for asking for hemp milk in tea like some sort of dairy-free menace. I usually do that with coffee and survive just fine, but this time? This time I think the result may have birthed an eldritch horror. I could feel the drink judging me from the inside. That said—service? 10/10. Drinks? 99% of the time, magical. Just… maybe don’t mix tea and hemp milk unless you're actively trying to summon something from the shadow realm."
