"My dear friend and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast this morning @ Whiskey Hill Store in Hubbard. The coffee was deep & complex. An absolute delight down to the last drop! We enjoyed breakfast burritos and shared an amazing GF lemon blueberry scone. Scrumptious!!! The atmosphere was cozy & nostalgic. It was also WARM inside on a bright winter day and we deeply appreciated that as well. Will absolutely be driving the 35 minutes to come visit here again. Thank you Whiskey Hill for an absolutely wonderful visit!"

They honored the history of the building with the renovation, and seeing the building alone is worthwhile. The atmosphere is sweet and charming, exactly what you would expect from a country store. The scones? Legitimately the best I’ve ever had—full of flavor and baked to perfection. The coffee is always on point, and the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and full of good energy. I was lucky enough to visit during their Makers Market, which made the trip even more special. The lineup of local vendors was amazing—I genuinely wanted to buy everything (and kind of did 😅). It was such a fun way to support small businesses and discover new treasures. The energy here is unmatched. The staff are so warm and welcoming, and you can tell there’s real heart behind everything they do. Whether you're swinging by solo or bringing friends along, this spot just wraps you up in good energy. Whiskey Hill Store has officially earned a permanent place on my “worth the drive” list.
