"Java Crew has been a favorite of mine for years. They have delicious drinks, an easy rewards system, and their staff are all very friendly (but not in an overwhelming way). Also, for the holiday they are doing a drink that has E.Z. orchards apple cider with chai, and I could live off that drink. I wish it was going to be a permanent drink option, but I’ll just enjoy it while I can!"

"2025 update: customer service great, still not please with the drink I got, something is often, doesn't taste right, more of a powder taste. I couldn't even taste the coffee. Had a 24oz Bigfoot blended. Previous review below: Been a customer for years, use to be real good. I went a week ago and my blended snickers didn't taste right. I've had it numerous times and this was just awful. Really disappointed. I didn't realize it until I had left headed to work and didn't have time too turn back."

"The employees were super sweet! I don't go out for coffee too often so I'm always awkward when I do. The baristas were very helpful with redeeming the buy one get one deal I got in a text message and had no problem merging a fee of my Java crew cards so I just had one. I definitely recommend stopping by for some good, not burnt, coffee!!"
