"False advertising. Ordered a small signature drink blended. The sign says hot or blended as the options available with no indication of an up charge. The sign is advertised at one price for a pre approved recipe and size. Despite not adding anything extra to my drink it was .75 cents more than what was advertised. When I asked why the price was different on the menu, the reasoning I was given was that each flavor on their pre approved recipe is extra $ and blending it also is extra$. My issue here is the false advertising. If this information was communicated to me while ordering I would have known up front and that would avoided the confusion. I also could have ordered something different if the price was an issue, but I was not given that option. Definitely not a pleasant experience. Drink was good but I definitely won’t be making this my go to spot. Please update your menus if you expect to charge extra for flavors on your pre approved recipes."
