"We got here 9 am on a Sunday and they were out of most pastry options. We ordered what was left. Napoleon pastry was good. The cake was not fresh, dense, waaaay too sweet with no whipped cream and low quality. Cup cake was the same. Just way too much sugar on everything. The latte had barely any coffee and it was all milk. Espresso was half shot rather than single shot. Vibe is nice with lits and natural light and clean and spacious. Will not go there again!"

"Literally my favorite coffee shop. It's the best coffee shop my wife and I have found. Absolutely outstanding. We usually order delivery but we went inside today and service was nice place was nice inside and had a really good atmosphere. Parking in that shopping center is a little challenging but not terrible."

"One of my favorite coffee places in the Portland area. All their locations have such a great ambience. Perfect to hangout, remote work and also to just take a break in the middle of the day and relax. The outdoor seating is nice and in the shade, super nice for summer time. I had the dark chocolate hot mocha and it was prepared very well"

"Awful service. Waited for nearly 30 minutes to get a croissant and a pastry. Other customers who ordered after us received their food first. Coffee was cold by time our simple order was ready. Pastries were served in a paper bag for dine in order."

"2/4/22 Update: Walked over to Ava’s today with my dog for a mid day break, and the first thing I noticed is that they have now put up tents over their outdoor seating so that it is covered and you can stay dry, even if it is raining. Nice touch guys! I really like this new feature as I’m not personal eating indoors anywhere yet at this point, so I normally can only come hang out at your coffee shop in the summertime. So very well done. I went inside and got a breve latte (pretty much my go to drink when I can’t decide what I want) which I must admit was ready much faster than usual, and then I just sat outside with my dog and relaxed for about a half hour. It was definitely chilly (heaters anyone?), but at least I didn’t have to worry about getting rained on. — This may not be the quickest place to get a cup of coffee, but fast doesn’t always equal great. And over the last few years, it has definitely become one of my haunts, especially in the summer since there is a ton of outdoor seating and it is walking distance from my house. I love taking my dog for a walk, then stopping in for an iced breve latte, and sitting out on their patio with a good book for a break in the middle of my work day. It’s one of my guilty pleasures."
