"To date, this is the best coffee shop I’ve been to (and I’ve been to A LOT) of coffee shops. Ambiance is wonderful, staff is friendly and helpful, and the drinks are absolute perfection. Clean ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and unique seasonal offerings. The owner was behind the counter when we ordered and later recognized us at the farmers market and said hello, asked how our drinks were, made small talk - true definition of a community business. Will definitely be back next time we’re home for a visit!"

"We've stopped by Solid Ground a couple of times now and the quality of the coffee is consistently high. They make their own syrups and they don't overpower the pleasant coffee with sugary flavors but instead compliment the roast with unique additions. My daughter and I really enjoy the Autumn Sunrise (I might have the name wrong) it has a pleasant amount of cardamom and I prefer it to the popular pumpkin spice flavorings used at other coffee places. There's plenty of seating and the atmosphere is pretty chill. They are open a bit later than other sit down coffee places in the downtown Medford area so that is nice when I need to meet up with people in the late afternoon."

"On vacation, we went yesterdayand it was so amazing we had to go back today. It's absolutely incredible. 10/10. My daughter is a barista and noted the owner cuts no corners. He pulled the espresso 3 times before adding it to her drink so that it was done perfectly. I spoke more with the owner today, and I truly respect his creative process and recipe development. I ordered a Dishonest Tonic, and it tastes like a refreshing grapefruit candy, toasted over a campfire, hinted with marshmallows. My wife got a custom lavender cappuccino with salted honey and caramel. Literally THE BEST COFFEE I'VE EVER TASTED. Yesterday I ordered the Mango Tango Chai. My knees shook it was so delicious, and it made me return today for more. It was so hard not to order the same thing, but I'm glad I took the risk. My daughter had the Elvis Mocha, and she says she's adding peanut butter powder to every coffee she drinks in the future! Ha! I'll be much more likely to visit Medford (my in-laws) so long as this place is an institution. One thousand blessings on your head, Solid Ground Coffee."

"Most of the homemade syrups are made in house from family recipes handed down for generations. I will admit, first off, that I am partial to this shop, since it’s my kid’s who own it, but it’s still the best tasting coffee around! The atmosphere makes it all taste even better. So much love, attention to details, and functionality went into rebuilding and redesigning this beautiful space. You could honestly relax here all day! You will immediately become forever friends with Skyler and Chassity.
