The balance was perfect, allowing the rich, high-quality beans to truly shine. For my wife, a classic 16oz black coffee was the order of the day. They offered a choice of medium or dark roast, which is a nice touch for those who have a preference. While I didn't get a chance to sample the food, I have to mention the breakfast sammy that came out while I was waiting. "I'm not sure why the reviews aren't better for this spot! I stopped by for a latte and was pleasantly surprised by the warm service and open and inviting space. The coffee shop shares space with the attached hotel lobby but it is a welcoming area to hang out. There was lots of room to sit and while I was there it was a peaceful ambiance. It's clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the space feel supportive of wellness. The lighting, seating, menu, and cold case offerings are all high quality and remind you that you are also in an area that hosts a wellness spa. The coffee was good and the experience was perfect for a drizzly weekend morning."
