What People Are Saying
from Google"Bluto’s in Portland delivers bold Mediterranean flavors in a lively, modern setting. The wood-fired dishes are the standout—everything comes out smoky, fresh, and thoughtfully seasoned. The charred zucchini and lentils might be spicy for some folks but I didn’t feel the heat :) The portions are small and are perfect for sharing, and the cocktails pair beautifully with the menu. Beer on tap is great though they have limited options (Hazy IPA was great) Service is friendly and knowledgeable, adding to the relaxed yet energetic vibe. It’s a great spot for a casual night out or a fun dinner with friends, especially if you enjoy inventive takes on classic Mediterranean cuisine. They have a location in Beaverton and would try that at some point (it’s right across breakside brewery in Beaverton downtown)Thank you!"
"I’ve heard the squash hummus is amazing, but didn’t have it… Because their menu is not conducive to eating there solo. Hummus costs as much as an entree and pita is extra (seriously!?). The squash and lentil dish didn’t have an overly pleasant flavor- too much charred flavor. Kinda bland otherwise. The chicken portion was small. Basic. The pita was fine. It could have come out of a bag to be honest, and they just tossed some seasoning on it and warmed it up. The presentation was nice, and the staff were nice, but for the pictured items to cost over $30, in a fast casual type setting where you order at the register… Seems inappropriate. To be fair, if I was eating with a group maybe it would have been better, but a menu should cater to solo or family style, without costing a fortune for a basic lunch."
"Everything here was good, the lamb, the shrimp, the pita, the hummus, the fries. I even enjoyed the pita a lot. I wish the portions were a bit bigger, or any of the food came with pita or fries. That's really the only thing that keeps us from coming back often. It's a cool spot, and the people working there are kind. The inside has a nice vibe and there's outdoor seating."
"Nice neighborhood-y spot with some super tasty Greek-inspired dishes. The hummus is great, as are the Greek Fries. Place gets crowded though so maybe go early - they don’t take rezzies and it’s a bit small."
"Cute, casual spot to feast on some of the tastiest dishes, topped off with a cool soft serve dipped treat. Order at the counter and find yourself a seat. Would highly recommend the lamb skewers, hummus and lots of fresh pitas. Can’t wait to be back and try more!"
