The woman working there gave some of the best customer service I’ve experienced -- warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. I’m super picky when it comes to espresso and sweetness level, but they nailed it. My drink was perfectly balanced, smooth, and exactly what I was hoping for. Definitely my new go-to spot when I’m in the area!"

"Drove 40 minutes round trip because we were excited for the great sounding seasonal menu, only to be met with nearly none of the ingredients being in stock to make the drink specials. The employee was super nice and embarrassed, trying to accommodate us within their means. Frankly, I feel scammed by the cute videos of the fun cups and flavors posted on Instagram. I left disappointed with a mediocre latte - watery and burnt - that I did not need to go out of my way for."

"I came in to try the seasonal specials, which sadly they were out of pretty much all of them. The person working was amazing and so sweet though and was absolutely trying her best to accommodate us, but it was a bummer to drive 20 mins each way based on their Instagram posts. I also was bummed to see that most of their flavors and syrups were bottled and not made in house. In a coffee city, I pretty much won't return anywhere that does not put the effort in to making a few quality homemade syrups instead of having every flavor possible on the menu. Bummed, because the spot is cute, and having all the food trucks is a perk, but I think it reminds me of one of those drive thru espresso stands but in a building instead. The coffee itself was not very good either, a little bitter and burnt tasting. I hope they work on the coffee and menu, and I would try it again! I am always open to giving someone a second chance if something changes."

"My favorite new “work from home” spot! The inside feels so warm and inviting with all the plants and wood and the space is large enough you can find a space away from everyone to focus. They also carry Jen’s Pastries! The baristas were so friendly and my oat milk lattes are always made perfectly."
