"edit 10/10/25: the owner reached out to me via email and explained to me that they often look closed when their windows are shuttered, and that it is a known problem- which is a totally valid reason behind deleting my review altogether. but! I went back recently and actually tried the food... ya'll. it's so good. I got the Boss Bunny and it was legitimately the best breakfast sandwich I've had in the city. every flavor was all there, the vegan meats are incredible, the potato mitten was perfectly crispy and hot, the lettuce was fresh, the cheese was melty- and it came out in less than 10 minutes, even with someone ahead of me! it was a great experience front to back, and I'm grateful that Tyler, the owner, was kind and respectful in how he handled my initial 1 star review. I am looking forward to coming back! have plans to get two sandwiches next time! everyone should definitely give this place a try, you're going to love it! really sick of these food carts not being open when they say they're open. def lost a potential customer here, and will happily tell people not to come here, seeing as there's so many breakfast options in Portland. just be better, for everyone's sake."

"Lovely Vegan breakfast sandwich food cart in a lovely vegan food pod! I ordered the Breakfast Hoagie and the Chubby Bunny. Both were tasty and secretly vegan! I would recommend getting one of the English muffin sandwiches over the hoagie but both were good nonetheless."

"I don't actually leave reviews that often, but I got the Chubby Burger and it is hands down one of the best vegan burgers I've ever had. Possibly one of the best burgers I've ever had period. It was just that perfect junk food flavor. I am absolutely coming back and so should you. The cold brew is also delicious! (Also yes it does look closed from the front, look around on the side!)"

"The food was fine, it’s another junk food vegan breakfast sando spot in Portland. They use interesting fake meats, but all in all it’s not my jam. The bread was good and the hash brown was crispy. We ordered delivery and the food came quickly."
