"This location has several hand made syrups that truly stand out, one of them being their pistachio laté (quite delicious). I have also tried their lavender 🪻 laté which had just the right amount of sweetness. Plenty of seating space, free wifi, neighborhood parking (when you can find it) and a really relaxed atmosphere. If you happen to be in the area this place would be a nice coffee shop to try out. It's Portland prices so keep that in mind."

"Formerly 'Fillmore,' this location has been redesigned and, in my opinion, revived. I believe the ownership changed during the pandemic. What used to be a darker, more dimly lit space is now brighter, with a more open and welcoming feel to it. The staff were friendly and kind. I had a lovely cup of Chai and an everything bagel with the Smoked Salmon Schmear! The coffee and food menus are simple but excellent. I will definitely try this place out again! You should too!"
