"I can't believe this place wasn't on my list. Outside can seem a little sketchy but if you're letting that hold you back you are missing out. I just had the best chai ever. Any frequenter of coffee shops will tell you that chai is so different everywhere in the city. This chai was unique and delicious, not too sweet but not bitter. It was better than fancier cafes like Stumptown and Baristas! The woman at the counter was so friendly and the seating area is cozy and clean. There are plenty of of places to work on a laptop or read. Genuinely a great little spot to sit if you're waiting for your car to be serviced across the street."

"Really nice place with good quality drinks that are a little more interesting than the average latte. I ordered a salted egg yolk latte and it was so creamy and delicious. My companion got the rose chai and it was very good too. They also had some seasonal specials that sounded good. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was open and bright, seemed like a pretty good place to do computer work."

"This is the best hidden gem in Portland. The coffee is amazing and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Right when I walked it I felt my mood improve. Some places have a good vibe and Jubilee Hall is my new favorite coffee stop. Do yourself a favor and check them out. Update: Jubilee just made me a delicious cup with their coffee syphon. Is it different tasting than a pour over? Probably not. Was it fun to experience the full process? 100%. I highly recommend you try it out the next time you are in the neighborhood."

"Coffee with a Cause! I'm into it 😊 The quality of coffee here was amazing and the barista was extremely friendly. I love the mission and the vibe. This is a great meet up spot open and modern but also kid friendly with books and games. The latte art was also phenomenal. It's a bit of a difficult spot to get too but manageable and well worth the effort."
