Hands down, Joe and his team are the most passionate, personable coffee aficionados in Portland and have elevated the entire experience of going out for coffee. Coffee is superb and a cut above the rest. Great variety of local roasters coffee by the bag to buy. Red Hen Bagels are next level."

"So happy to have this is Hillsdale! Finally an awesome local coffee shop! Having a wonderful local coffee shop that we can walk to changed our neighborhood. Delicious coffee and tasty pastries. Housemade/locally made syrups. The Avena latte is **chefs kiss** delicious. The Calabrian chili/scallion cream cheese on everything bagel is perfection. Every matcha I’ve tried is perfect. Wonderful chai—2 options that are both so uniquely flavorful. Friendly and welcoming owners, Joe and Vicente. And all the staff are so kind. 10/10. We have a 1.5 year old and we love hanging out on the back patio. We have met so many great neighbors while visiting PDX coffee club."

Try the specialty beans, definitely worth the small price premium if you love seeking new flavors and/or enjoy having your mind blown. (connect 4 game set not provided inside coffee shop, must bring own) great open space, great music, great natural lighting pouring in. really awesome place. i ordered no food or drink, only connect 4"

"Such a gem of a coffee shop! The drip was at the perfect temperature, gently brewed for sure, and actually delicious-- so much so I wished my migraine brain would let me enjoy the whole cup black. Informative, friendly service - no bad vibes, no pretension. And the space is well lit, inviting, casual, and feels adaptable to introverts and the extroverts. They also sell a great selection of take-home beans. If I lived closer, I'd definitely stop in frequently."
