"Nice little brewery outpost with an ok variety of beers on tap. The koksch was pretty good. Food carts outback, inside includes a bakery and coffee shop as well. Plenty of seating and two pinball machines. Not very busy on a Tuesday night. Street parking only which can be an issue."

"Very nice space you can get food from food trucks in the back and grab a coffee or beer and warm up and watch football or play a board game. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Coffee was really good, probably my favorite I had while in Portland"

"Cool, open concept beer spot! The space has a lot of indoor seating as well as a wide variety of food carts right in the back. We had the chance to try a few beers, but they also offer a liquor forward drinks. Service was great and bartender was able to answer our beer related questions! Will be back soon!"

"10/13/25 - Finally Steeplejack has their own burger cart at the Hawthorne location. $5 Monday pints are great and now there is a great cart open 7 days. We love this place with great IPA and food. The other carts open on Tuesday and Wednesday. DR"

"Came here for a few beers, and our bartender Luke was just great. I ordered a cinnamon espresso martini and this was maybe the best variation on it I’ve ever had. Perfectly balanced the sweetness and coffee flavors. So sad to hear that it won’t be on the menu soon! My girlfriend was a big fan of the dark Mexican lager. Luke gave really good recommendations for places to visit around the area as well. We weren’t hungry so we didn’t check out the food trucks out back, but this is a great spot to relax for the afternoon."
