What makes this restaurant extra special is Erin! Her people skills and time management are exceptional while balancing a busy bar and multiple guests. A smile never left her face and she definitely brightened my evening with her “absolutely” attitude!"

The Hotel and Mill Cafe have some of the best service I have experienced in a long time. While there is no place like home, this is a pretty great second home. Fantastic rooms, amazing food and one of the best teams in the business. I particularly appreciate Eve who often manages the Mill in the evenings. She is friendly, entertaining and makes an amazing Old Fashion. Go for the food, stay for the service."
