"I would consider myself someone who absolutely despises black coffee, but I love espresso, especially when it's mixed with sugar. That being said, this is the one place I would drink black coffee. The owner is extremely precise in his craft and I would even say more of a scientist. The pour over was not bitter or acidic and tasted wonderful. I tried the Columbian Roast as well as the Brazilian. Both were so unique and amazing. Did I mentionion he roasts it all himself. As someone from Seattle, who enjoys a good espresso, I will definitely be back for more. Oh and the Chai is equally as good."
