"Yesterday I went to Prineville Coffee company for the very first time, and unfortunately my experience was abysmal. From the start they were upset about my large cofee order (four drinks), and complained extremely loudly. As someone who has previously worked in food service, I understand, this wasn't a tipping point for me. The gals were complaining that my order would cause a line and they weren't prepared for this even though there was only one other car, which is understandable, they are a small under-prepared company and can't handle an order of that size. The entire time they were making drinks they were stressed and upset, and very loud about there complaining to eachother and to me. Keep in mind there were six girls working at the time. Feeling bad I just wanted to get my coffee and leave, but when they handed me my drinks the gal dropped them all over me before I got the chance to grab the carrier. Accidents happen all the time, but this girl was extremely upset with me and treated me very poorly, and was extremely upset about making more drinks before I got the chance to say anything. She threw a paper towel at me and began to angrily start another round of drinks. After getting my drinks, unfortunately they tasted horrible, especially for being $40, and I ended up throwing them away and going to a different coffee company that was much much better. Unfortunately this company is young and unprofessional, with workers who are inexperienced and unable to handle interactions with customers."

"I LOVE PRINEVILLE COFFEE COMPANY!!!! I have been a regular at this coffee shop for years!! Best cinnamon rolls in town. The girls at this shop are so friendly and helpful. I feel like half of them are family at this point. Highly recommended this location!"

"Today was my first time to check this place out and am not impressed. I got the breakfast burritos and the potatoes were not cooked fully and it was so bland, neither of us wanted them. Maybe the other stuff is good but the burritos are a no go."

"The baristas working here are very friendly and genuinely kind. If there is a line, they will come to your car to take your order. The food is reasonably priced and tasty. Definitely recommend this place if you are hungry for coffee or pastries"
