"I’d been coming to this location off of 12th street in Salem for years, but I feel I have to say something today cause my last two orders we’re not just less than favorable, they were out right BAD. Especially today, I ordered, literally about 30 minutes ago, two of my usual drinks, a fruit smoothy and a small Bigfoot, hot & with coconut milk instead of milk. I knew the moment the Bigfoot was put into my hand that something was WAY off…it was light as a feather! I’ve been gypped before by local baristas but this one takes the cheater-of-the-year award - my Small Bigfoot with coconut milk (think the small is supposed to be 12 fl oz) was more than 1/3 empty with a huge pile of steamed milk on top. I didn’t ask for steamed milk and was mad as heck to see that my cup (once I was done lividly scooping out all that unwanted steamed milk), had less than 8 ounces of actual liquid in it!!!! WTH 🤦?!? And I paid more than 6 bucks for THAT! Yes, that 👆. If I hadn’t been in a hurry to get back home and back to work, I would have driven this joke of a drink back for a refund. I didn't want it at all at this point. Very disappointing. Won’t be going back for awhile if at all. Unbelievable."
