"I have built up a punch card of visits so when it's full you get a free any beverage. I finally have it full and the West Salem Java Crew person said "we no longer honor that promo". "We have something new now". I understand changing policy but as long as the original puchcards are still out there they should be honored. Companies spend money on advertising to get customers. Obviously I was a pretty good customer. Not any longer."
