"Was pretty excited to try this place due to some reviews. Went through today, and the girl taking our 3 item order (1 drink, 2 food items), completely disregarded our actual order? Mind you there was no line. We kindly had one drink replaced which then was given to us without any flavored syrup…. and when we reached to grab our blueberry muffin… it was lemon poppyseed… 😅🤣 Active listening would have been appreciated…. "I went on 08/01/2025 around 12:45pm, I asked for a 32oz salted Carmel frappe, It was $7.75 I gave a 20$ bill and my stamp card with 9 stamps , when I got my change and card back I noticed it still only had 9 stamps, I was a tad disappointed, but what really got me was my frappe didn’t have any flavoring, just tasted milk and coffee, i was ready for a good coffee but left very disappointed"
