Lots of seating options and no wait. Food came out fast. Plan extra time for the incredible fluffy beignet. I ordered a variety pack for an extra dollar. Total worth it so you can explore multiple flavors. The seasonal honeybee was my favorite. My canyonero sandwich was the freaking best chicken sandwich of my life! Juicy inside, crispy outside, bacon cooked to perfection and smothered in BBQ. Yum yum yum."

"The Best Chicken in downtown Salem. If you're looking for southern comfort food come to The Easy Otter. They have the best fried pickles I've ever had and their chicken sandwiches can't be beat. If you want something that isn't fried, their Mac or slaw is impeccable. The beignets are delicious and they change the options out often, but still keep their classics. The outdoor seating area is so nice and the location is fantastic. Their service is always on point and so fast."
