"I loved jitterbug so much, the owner makes the BEST drinks, when you get her. Lately, the past few times we have went, the quality of the drink has gone down. There's a young blonde in the A.M. who answers with an attitude almost every time, theres been a time where I had to drive off due to waiting so long for her to answer. She doesnt make the drinks the same and often times we just can't drink what we ordered cause the taste is way off. I boasted this place to my SIL & Coworkers and they have had the same experience. We love when we get the owner, she's a vibe!!! And the young burnette, she's very nice and makes the drinks good too. It hurts to post this cause I love jitterbug."

"Second time coming to Jitterbug Java. It was so good I forgot to take a picture of my drink the first time! This place is awesome. They have so many choices to choose from and syrups to customize. Today I got an iced peppermint white mocha with half the sweetness in a 32 oz. It's delicious and the price is right! About $7. The employees are so friendly even if there is a line of cars on both windows. I really appreciate them being there when I want some coffee (:"

"Came everyday for two years on my lunch, 32oz mocha milkshake got me through the day everytime! I don't get to go as much now because I'm on a motorcycle now and there isn't cupholders. Faces and personalities have changed a bit over time, with the exception of a couple of beautiful ladies that have stuck around for many years because they're the best! Have patience, sometimes there's only one person running two windows, and while they are fast, everything is hand made and fresh. Hands down best Mocha milkshake in springfield!(my opinion, fact unkown)."

"Update: this place has been a lot more consistent lately and I have to commend them for it. The mocha milkshake is STILL unlike anything I've had anywhere else. Recently I have been finding this place closed well before the posted hours. Not that the hours are actually clearly posted anywhere. Google said they're open until 6. Apple maps said 7. I show up at 5:15, sometimes 5:45 and find the place is staffed but inexplicably not serving. It's a shame. That mocha milkshake is unparalleled. There is no coffee shop or ice cream parlor around that has managed to perfect the texture like this."

"In the past I've had nothing but awesome service but now under new ownership I don't know what happened. I recently wanted to get coffee. I waited in line and there was a car in front of me, no biggie. Another car pulls up to the window and was in and out quickly. Me on the other hand waited 10 minutes and the car in front me never moved. I decided to leave and looking back at Jitterbug the employee and person were causually talking. I guess Jitterbug doesn't care about having customers? Poor customer service or lack in general."
