"Some baristas are great but my last experience was AWFUL. The barista tried charging us almost DOUBLE for 2 drinks and had a HORRIBLE attitude when I noticed. She then made one of the drinks wrong and had an attitude because I asked her to fix it. We all have bad days but don't work customer service if you're not going to be polite."

I ordered a 20oz blended white chocolate toffee crunch - it wasn’t that great- the last 3rd of the drink tasted like dirty ice. Boyfriend ordered a hot snickerdoodle latte- it also wasn’t pleasant."
