"I had a delicious and fluffy bagel and butterscotch white mocha. Both were perfect. The bagel was huge. I felt like the staff was friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. They make the baked goods right in the store so it’s all fresh. Loved it all!"

"Fresh made sourdough bagels! Double the size of a regular bagel, and very fluffy. I got a 4 pack of bagels and a loaf of day old kalamata olive sourdough bread for $10. I will definitely be back."

"My first time here, the Mexican mocha I had gotten was super rich like they pumped half of it with syrup. It was a bit much compared to all the other ones I’ve tried before. And they forgot to make my boyfriends sandwich. Today is the second time I’ve tried and I asked for a blended caramel apple, and blended it’s okay, it tastes fine, but all the apple juice immediately settled to the bottom. The atmosphere is great. Customer service is good but my friend had a bad experience because they forgot to ring her up and blamed her for not paying. As well as making her drink differently from the first time she was in there. The customer service could use work, don’t blame customers for a mistake that you can easily offer a fix for. Conflict resolution is better than an argument. If your drinks aren’t meant to be blended, don’t offer it as blended. Or create a way to make it work. I wish I could leave a better review. But there is ways to make it better. A lot of room for improvement. Have your staff train to make the drinks exactly the same as every employee that makes it there. Because customer service and consistency is key to keeping customers coming."

"Paid $32 for 2 small coffees and a bagel sandwich and a burrito. Worst food I’ve ever had. Literally had mainly cheese in my burrito. And the ham bagel had old fatty ham on it. McDonald’s could of done better. Also, the old lady working the counter was extremely rude. Terrible customer service."
