"Waited in line for over 15min, all I needed was a gift card...get to the window and the girl apologizes, she's making a coffee before getting the gift card. Another employee asks her what she's making and she grabs it and says "oh that's for me". So I'm waiting even longer so you can make your own coffee?! There was a line of cars and people at the window and that was prime time to self serve? 🤦🏼‍♀️ Time and place. I then ask for a water and was told $2 lol Even though I was there for someone else this made sure I do not return."
