"Breakfast. If you want a simple bacon egg and cheese, this is the spot. It starts with a fresh cracked egg paired with Boar's Head cheese and bacon. Breakfast places should take note on this simple but excellent deli, eggs should be cracked fresh, cheese melted to keep the bacon in place for every bite, and bread should be simple, kaiser or white(toasted). On top of that it is a bodega with an assortment of drinks and snacks. I can't stop there, let's talk customer service. I made it known to the cook, that this was hands down my favorite place for a quick breakfast bite. He was intrigued by my awareness of how he made the sandwich and he continued with the comparisons of the other area breakfast places. But at the end of all of this, I find that he was the owner and operator, nonchalantly speaking to every customer with respect and comfort. I'd like to thank him for creating a comforting environment for customers, as well as producing great simplistic breakfast sandwiches."
