What People Are Saying

from Google & Yelp

"We are so glad that they are back. This place has the best Cuban sandwiches in the Lehigh Valley. The bread is fresh and they give you a good amount of meat in each sandwich. They also have a full assortment of pastries at reasonable prices. We were so disappointed when they closed a few years ago. This was our first time back since they reopened and we will be back."

"I was elated to know there was a Boricua bakery in the neighborhood. Trust, it does not disappoint! The Pan de Agua is delicious and pillowy soft! The Mallorca’s to die for! The Chancletas filled with Pineapple and cream cheese… well…. I can’t say enough, but welcome!"

"Don’t buy any deserts besides the quesitos. The bread has changed it’s not the same as it used to be seems the recipe has changed. We bought donuts they tasted old, we also got budín and it was flavorless. We got a tres leche cake and it tasted bland. Mind you when you walk in everything looks yummy and well presented but there deserts are not good at all. I’ve never tried there sandwiches."

"Great coffee and desserts. They also sell sandwiches on the best Puerto Rican bread I’ve had in PA. Everything fresh and priced fairly. Wait times are a little long but will most likely improve once they’ve been open a little longer."

"Worst bakery in the Lehigh Valley. This cake tasted NOTHING like a birthday cake. It was not fresh. I bought a strawberry filling cake and the filling was spoiled absolutely disgusting. I tried calling the number on the receipt, but it doesn’t even work. Since they weren’t answering, I went back to the store in person, and they still refused to accommodate or make it right in any way. Complete waste of money and time. Terrible quality, terrible service, and careless people. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else."

"Fork Street Bistro is an adorable casual restaurant in the Poconos, nearby to the Outlets and Tannersville, Great Wolf, and Camelback. We ate here twice..."
