"Went for a new years eve party it was fun. The moment you walk in someone is at the front desk to direct you. Place is beautiful has a huge lobby and it has tons of artwork. Lots of space and floors. Bar was good and had a few servers. Prices were decent and nice view of the outdoors."

"I’ve hung out at The Dime with friends a few times and always had a great experience. The service is excellent, especially the bartender Eric — he makes amazing drinks and always checks in to make sure you’re good. I had the wings and they were tasty, and the atmosphere is really peaceful. The regulars that come in are friendly too, which makes it a welcoming spot overall. Definitely a great place to relax and enjoy some good food and drinks."

"Went for New Year's Eve, menu was Prix Fixe, menu item did not resemble descriptions, grilled Caluliflower steak was half a Cauliflower heard that was streamed, no accomodations for vegetarians, couldn't make a simple salad dressing instead of Caesar. Best part of the meal at $85 a person were the truffle fries that came with my Sirloin. Same dessert, wildly different proportions. Creme brulee missing crust. We may have ate 1/3 of our meal for the 4 of us. Only acceptable spot, our server was doing at least 3 jobs including bar tending, she was really working hard but could not make up for this experience. Will not be going back here ever."

"We went with friends for New Year's Eve. The fixed menu was extremely limited- as a vegetarian, I had 1 option. I requested Italian dressing instead of Caesar on my salad. Three of the four appetizers arrived at the table, along with our dinner sides. I waited at least another 15 minutes for my salad. When it eventually arrived, it had Caesar dressing on it. She took it back and after another extended wait, brought a new salad with Caesar on the side. When I mentioned I had requested Italian because I don't eat anchovies, I was told that's all they had. I aaked I could get oil and vinegar, she finally offered a dill dressing which was positively awful. So the first course of my $85 meal consisted of dry romaine lettuce sprinkled with parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. I ate about three bites. My second course, the only vegetarian option, was a huge head of steamed cauliflower, atop plain lentils. Zero flavor at all. I ate about four bites. Thankfully I had ordered the side of roasted carrots for the table. Unfortunately, since they had come out with everyone else's appetizers, they were ice cold by the time I ate them 45 minutes later. I hoped the creme brulee dessert would save the day since it is my favorite. It was not good at all. The consistency was mealy and oily. Not smooth and creamy as it should be. I ate half, only because I was starving. The three other people in my party had slightly better meals, but not by much. I will say the hostess and servers worked as a team, however they made no attempt to determine who ordered which meal or drink. Even when we tried to help them, they just sat food and drinks in front of us, seemingly by guess or roll of the dice. Every single item had to be passed to the correct person. Pros? It was easy to get a table, and now we know why. The view is nice. The server was friendly and did her best. I will not go back. Ever."

"Cute looking place! The food was OK, nothing to write home about. The menu is short though. For apps we got the Mozzarella Planks. They were good! We also got French Onion Soup - it was lukewarm and nothing special. My mom didn’t even eat hers. My Chicken Fricassee was decent. The chicken was crisp but not enough Orzo to fill you up. The Cabernet Braised Short Rib was good!!! The Fish & Chips was edible. Mid-meal, we asked for tartar sauce and we NEVER got it. Mind you, we were never asked even ONE TIME how the meal is/was. My wine glass was dirty and spotted with some gross stuff on the outside. (See video) Here comes dessert….. well, sort of. But we ordered!!! We ordered crème brûlée and a molten lava cake with 1 coffee. 10 minutes later, he comes back and says there is no crème brûlée. A few minutes after that he returns and we ordered the cheesecake instead. We started the timer on our iPhone and it took 18 minutes for one cup of coffee to come out. Kept the timer running, dessert finally comes out 27 minutes 47 seconds later… (as pictured) $12 per dessert. Wasn’t even good. It wasn’t even worth it. My mom & step-dad who dined with us left mid-way through dinner because it took so long… The place was not that busy and there were plenty of waiters. There are serious server issues here. I understand food quality isn’t the server’s fault. However the service is the servers’s fault. And the service was very minimal and not even existent. It was very disheartening and had there been better service, there would be more drinks ordered, more appetizers, etc. I understand the server was smiley and trying to be nice, but it’s unacceptable to act as a server. He had an excuse every time he came over. We exclaimed our unhappiness and the waiter took off drinks & desserts. Overall, I won’t be returning and it was disappointing. I do respect the waiter trying to make it right by discounting the bill though."
