"I placed an Uber Eats pickup order and was given an estimated time of about 30–45 minutes for it to be ready. Totally fine — I know good food takes time. However, when I arrived, my order wasn’t even started. After waiting and waiting, my husband went to check on the status, only to find out the honey lemon pepper wings I ordered weren’t even available — something the restaurant never updated on Uber Eats or bothered to notify me about. Instead of communicating or offering another option, they literally chopped up a few chicken tenders, tossed them in sauce, and handed that over — all while charging $17.99 for something I didn’t order and waiting nearly 1 hour and 45 minutes past my original pickup time. What makes this so disappointing is that their food is usually great. Maybe it was an off night — but poor communication, zero updates, and serving a completely different dish without notice? That’s not just an off night, that’s a customer service breakdown. I haven’t been back since — hopefully management sees this and makes some changes, because loyal customers deserve better."

"I love going to Tipsy’s ! I attended regularly each week and it’s always a vibe, such good service. Crystal, the bartender makes the best drinks & now I’m not drinking and she honestly makes me the best mocktails with no alcohol and I can’t even tell the difference! Mary & Mimi are my fav hookah girls, they make the best hookah head mine never burn fast and the water is always fresh. The food also is fireee I love their Spanish nights and r&b nights def a top 5 establishment."

"I am typing this as I am seating here. The place is not packed but yet I have been seating here for 40min at a table and no servers no hookah person has come to get order or nothing. I got up and ask if there is no servers that go to the tables and the one bartender told me yes, and call another young lady to service and 15 min later I am still seating here. I don’t know if is the new owners that hire all this new people but this ain’t it. At this point I am just going to leave."

"Ordered takeout so can't speak to service and atmosphere. Food was edible but disappointing. Some of the chicken fingers were pounded too flat and overcooked- good fry and breading, but kinda tough. The steak quesadilla was probably the worst I've ever had: two bites of cheese steak steak per piece, some of it gristly, and no lettuce or tomatoes to be found."
