"Got lunch here the other day and will definitely be coming back! Ordered a chicken cheesesteak, fries, and a drink. Was so full after eating just the sandwich, but had to eat a couple of the fries it was so good! And the price?? Only paid $11 for the combo and it came with a ton of food! Highly recommend!"

"I ordered the 2 hot dogs with fries and drink for 3 kids. I myself had the Cheeseburger, fries, drink meal. It was really good. Kids lived their hot dogs. Fries were a little over done and cold. They would have been great if hot. Hot dogs and burger was very good and hot."

"Update: a week later I got my refund, by only because I got Reggie’s (owner) number from someone I found online. Then called him, call got awkward with personal inappropriate convo. Made an app to get the refund, got ignored, googled him on Facebook to see he had fiancé and contacted her to finally get it. Also let her know of her convo. So messed up just for a damn refund! What a slimy character. I previously left a one star review stating the awful service and poor food quality. I was then offered a full refund. I responded saying yes I would like a full refund and have not heard back since, no refund, won’t answer phone and I even called the mall manager and they personally walked up and left my name and number to call me about this. Still nothing. Very shady person. But not a surprise as the man bragged about reviews and how great his food was. lol which is a joke really. They had no wing dings, no cheese for grilled cheese!? Only place in food court and you have no food people want?! Wow! The person taking my order was incompetent and kept asking me the same questions over and over. No smiles, no thank you, no politeness from either person at all. As for the food….id eat cat food over that again! Food was cold, fries had some gross seasoning and my kids wouldn’t eat them. Cheesesteak was so over seasoned I couldn’t eat it or taste the meat. The worst experience ever! I’d advise you to go else where where you get politeness and good food. Im still waiting for my refund…so I’d appreciate a response with a number you can be reached and the refund i was offered. I don’t really appreciate people not being truthful. Thanks! An angry customer!!"

"Food was delicious and fast. Prices are unbeatable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I gave 3 stars for Atmosphere because of the vacant food court. The cafe itself has a fun, upbeat atmosphere. I would definitely door dash in the future for R&A Cafe."
