"The Landing Kitchen is an awesome oasis in Bala Cynwyd! I loved the atmosphere but unfortunately the food fell a little flat. I got the fried chicken sandwich and fries($20). The fries were awesome, salted well and super crispy. The chicken sandwich wasn’t great though, it wasn’t seasoned at all not even salt and the bun was dry. The pickles and spicy mayo added a little bit of flavor but not enough. My friend got the burger and she enjoyed it! They brought out the wrong food at first so they gave us a cinnamon roll for free which was nice! It was pretty yummy. All the food did come out quickly and service was kind. I loved the amount of space outside to sit. Perfect for the gorgeous days we’ve been having and an ideal space to bring kids and dogs! Although the food wasn’t the best, I am willing to come back and try other things because of the ambiance."

This place is amazing to come with big groups, easy to order, quick delivery but the people 🥹… I ordered my food with Hai (probably not spelling right) but he was the most lively avocado toast I’ve ever seen. That’s the level of commitment I want to see of anybody working on Halloween, he was so pleasant and kind - he kept tha vibe and good times we were having here at Landing Kitchen. Times are hard but when you see people Going above and beyond sparking the joy of the season that is super special - great day!"

"The site is now part of a modern hotel, originally was the Pencoyd iron works yes ! - Wales in the heart of Philadelphia 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Great outside seating adjacent to the river, plenty for the kids , outside games even a table tennis."

"A good spot to pick up a drink, snack, or quick meal if you're in the area, play a free outdoor game, and enjoy the amazing architecture of the historic buildings and the nearby Pencoyd Bridge and the beautiful restoration and update work they did when converting the building into its current state as primarily a hotel space. If you're in Manayunk or in lower Montgomery County, definitely worth checking out - and don't miss the views from the bridge!"
