What People Are Saying

"Absolutely love this place! We travel all over the country and some of our places to try are new coffee shops! What this little gem stands for is amazing. Better together and it shows, we have stopped by two times while in the area and it never disappoints. Alexis is always super friendly sweet and loves her job!!"

"Let’s get something straight: if civilization collapses tomorrow, I’m holing up at Nour Coffee Shop in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Forget canned beans and bottled water — this place has banana bread so moist it could make a tearful barista quit mid-shift just to sit down and rethink their life choices. Walking into Nour feels like crossing into a sacred caffeinated dimension. The air smells vaguely of espresso, old souls being redeemed, and that one oat milk latte that’s been sitting too long but still somehow looks artisanal. As I approached the counter, I was greeted by a staff so friendly I began to wonder if they were plotting something. The guy at the espresso machine smiled like he knew all my secrets — and liked them. Even the girl with the nose ring (you know the archetype: alternative energy, mysterious wisdom, probably owns a tarot deck) smiled kindly enough that I momentarily forgot my existential dread. The coffee itself? Phenomenal. It’s not just caffeine. It’s liquid motivation wrapped in crema and poured by angels who’ve seen too much. One sip, and suddenly I was ready to reorganize my entire life, start a novel, and finally text my mom back. And the banana bread — good heavens, the banana bread. It’s not even fair to call it food. It’s spiritual intervention disguised as a snack. If the Pope tasted it, he’d canonize the baker on the spot. It’s warm, comforting, and somehow both soft and firm enough to survive the end times. You could use it to barricade a door or bribe a small god, and either way, it’d still taste amazing. Everything here feels slightly too perfect, like the calm before an espresso-fueled apocalypse. You half expect a barista to whisper, “There’s no going back after the third refill,” as lightning strikes outside. But that’s part of Nour’s charm — existential dread pairs beautifully with their signature mocha. In short, Nour Coffee Shop isn’t just the best café in Mechanicsburg. It’s possibly the most welcoming corner of the multiverse. If you go, tip well, order the banana bread, and thank the girl with the nose ring for restoring your faith in humanity — one latte at a time."

"As a former barista, this place is AMAZING. I cannot stress enough about how wonderful this place is down to the values, the staff, and the food and drinks! One of the best chai lattes I’ve had in a long time, and I’m picky 😂 I adore this place. You just gained new regulars❤️"

"Out and about today, I purposely decided to go to Nour Coffee. I like to seek out local businesses to support, especially those with a mission statement. Nour is one such place, “Where Everyone’s Light Shines Better”. The owner, Kate, took my Iced Matcha order, and when she gave me the Matcha, she asked if I didn't like it to let her know. As you may know, Matcha is a green tea powder that has to be mixed to the right consistency to taste good. Yum, Chef’s kiss Kate! Kate did mention that the bakery items arrive daily from Philly, which is music to my ears as a Philly girl. Of course, I had to get a chocolate croissant. I found Nour a delightful place to stay. I enjoyed an Iced Matcha with vanilla and a yummy chocolate croissant that tasted freshly baked. I look forward to supporting Nour when out and about near the Carlisle Pike."

"Got a great peaches & cream smoothie and a truly amazing Butterbeer cookie. Initially thought the cookie was a little pricey, but after trying it, quickly decided it was awesome, unique, and totally worth it. The staff was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Positive note: this business includes and supports the disabled. I would definitely go back again and try more of the menu."
