"Went here for a business meeting at 10:00 on a Wednesday and was pretty disappointed. Cashier was super friendly, ordered a hibiscus iced tea and a latte, but we waited quite a while for the latte. Two of the tables we tried to sit at were pretty sticky. Maybe they were having an off day?"

Always one or more of: - Lukewarm - Has tons of grounds in it - Weird taste, doesn't even taste like coffee - Empty Even the hot water for tea is bad, it's often lukewarm and one time it was brown colored and had a burnt coffee aftertaste, like somebody just dumped water into a coffee carafe without washing it or even emptying it out. Giving 2 stars because the food is usually decent."

"Ordered the new French onion dip sandwich. The sandwich was delicious, but for $12, I only got half a cup of soup which ran out before I was finished the sandwich. Seriously, is another 1/2 a cup of soup really going to destroy your profit margins? Maybe try only having 3 teenagers standing around doing nothing rather than 5."
