I have literally no complaints:)"

"Cute spot for a quick bite or coffee with friendly service. I love stopping here for a smoked salmon bagel and a cup of coffee. The freshness of ingredients, taste, and service is consistent each time I come. They also have a variety of cream cheeses. Seating can be difficult on a busy day, but they do have limited outdoor seating as well."

"Delicious affordable food with friendly service and an upbeat atmosphere. The bagel and cream cheese was amazing. We had an everything bagel and veggie cream cheese. They make their cream cheese in house and it did not disappoint. I consider myself a cream cheese snob. The campfire peanut butter cold brew was delightful. Felt like I was having a dessert coffee! Lots of choices to eat and drink, truly something for everyone! I was torn between the croissant breakfast sandwich and avocado toast. I ended up with the ham, egg, and cheese croissant."

"Finally stopped in after driving by forever. Cool 50’s NYC vibe inside. Ordered a bagel w CC, burrito & bagel egg, bacon & cheese. Food quality was great. Bagels were dense and non uniform so artisan or Eastern Europe style I think. Overall we’re glad we tried it and will be back!"

"I originally posted this on Facebook and the company commented then Removed their comment and blocked me. So I guess what I had to say was true. Anyway: I had to wait till I left to post because I’m not even reacting in person anymore. I’m going to just warn people of experiences I have at establishments and keep it pushing. We went to Wired Cup Cafe today. We were busy running around in the Ephrata area and heard about this place from some friends of mine. This girl was moving and shaking and I get it. It’s busy. But it wasn’t THAT busy. You feel me? But we’re at the front waiting to order and she’s not saying anything. She has a mean look and doesn’t even acknowledge us standing there. Not a hold on. We’ll be right with you. Nada. It wasn’t until the girl in the BACK came and said to us. I’ll be right with you. SHE was super polite, friendly and complimented my name. Shortly after she took our order, the original girl proceeds to take EVERY ORDER AFTER OURS. Every. Single. One. To answer that internal question Yes ⚪️ And yes we were the only ones there like this🟤 . I will Never go back because of that absolutely disgusting display of customer service. The food was good, the coffee was good. The customer service (outside that one girl) absolutely TRASH. .5/100"
