"They have many different types of homeade, fresh, delicious bagels, and cream cheeses. And the employees are very kind, the whole place has a great atmosphere. If I lived locally I would come here all the time!"
"Unfortunately the only good thing about the place is how the inside of the shop looks. Got a sandwich yesterday morning and I’ve had food poisoning since. The customer service was non-existent and I only ate half the sandwich before my stomach started turning. I’ve gotten from this place before, maybe a year ago and the bagels were phenomenal, but the customer service was iffy. Everyone has a bad day, it happens. So I didn’t mind it. But again?? Not even a hello or a “here’s your food”? Tried to give it another shot yesterday, but I believe yesterday will be my last time."
"They call themselves “Brooklyn Bagel” but they are far from it. Bagels were undercooked— basically white dough. Tastes like bread, not a real chewy Brooklyn NY bagel. Bagels should have a nice medium brown tan on the outside. I couldn’t believe how undercooked these bagels were and paid over 5 dollars for 3 bagels. Cannot recommend and will not be going back."
"their bagels and cream cheese are good but i got a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and they cooked the egg in plastic containers in the microwave, would not recommend the breakfast sandwich."
