from Google & Yelp"I'm ashamed I've never been here until today!!! When I look for a local coffee shop, I want creative latte flavors. Purrista Cat Cafe delivers! I got their January 2026 bananas foster latte and it was fantastic. They have a wide variety of seasonal flavors, plus you can choose from any flavor on their list. You'd be surprised how many local coffee shops LACK in this department! On to the kitties! I LOVE that you can sip and snack while visiting the cats they have up for adoption. I have to thank my daughter for prompting us to visit, she loves cats and fancy drinks, so this was her ideal morning. (She got a lavender matcha which she thought was delicious, btw). The cat lounge is gorgeous-clean, spacious, and filled to the brim with places for the kitties to lounge and play without being crowded. We spent $10/each for a half hour of kitty time, which goes to the care of the cats. We wandered around and enjoyed the company of the current crew, it was a blast. While we are not in a position to adopt, being able to support these cats and the people caring for them is a win win in our book. I'm truly impressed and will definitely be back!"
"My boyfriend and I are in Erie visiting my aunt and uncle and when I found out there was a cat cafe I knew I had to go. Let me tell you I was NOT disappointed. This cafe was ADORABLE!! I had the Funnel cake latte from the summer menu and my boyfriend got the dirty soda, both drinks were DELICIOUS. We also ordered one of the pretzel rolls and that was also very yummy. The cat lounge was very cute and clean, I love how much the staff cares about these precious fur babies. The cats were also very friendly and it was a pleasure meeting them all. If you are looking to adopt a fur baby or are just looking to hangout with some kitties I 100% recommend checking out this cafe. I can’t wait to visit again next time I’m up here!"
"I was searching for things to do while visiting Erie from Cleveland, and decided to vist this spot since I'm a cat lover. Way better than the Cat cafes back at home. At home for the same price you only get to visit for 30 min. Here was $15 for one hour of purr bliss😻 Super clean and the cats have a lot of toys, tree houses/cat furniture and almost all of them were interactive. They seemed to be very acclimated to human interaction which made it very hard to leave without adopting. If I didn't have so many furbabies at home, I would've definitely adopted one or a few 😂😂😂😂 if you can, please visit and consider adopting ❤️"
"First time there and it was everything I dreamed it would be!! The cafe was adorable and the drinks were fantastic. I didn’t try any pastries due to an allergy 😫 but they looked delicious. The cat room was spacious and the cats all seem very happy and comfortable there. It was easy to interact with them. The employees were all very nice, informative and friendly."
"It's easy to spend an hour or more at the Purrista Cat Cafe and enjoy the cats, work quietly, and get some nice coffee or snack while you wait. The location takes up two building spaces, one side for the coffee cafe and the other as a home for the cats. The cats are all up for adoption, and Purrista does a great job of ensuring cats are happy, calm, and relaxed in the cafe while they're being pet. Enjoy the atmosphere and be calm. They offer shoe covers, as they don't allow shoes in the same room as the cats, and also give plenty of sanitizer wipes and lint rollers to clean up afterwards. Definitely recommend!"
