"My wife and I went there today and were welcomed warmly right from the start. The hostess and our waitress truly made us feel like family. The food was OMG—delicious. Before visiting, we read a few negative reviews about wait times and a “hidden” gratuity charge. However, once we received the menu, it was clear that the gratuity is clearly posted—some people simply don’t read or pay attention. One of the hosts came over and asked if it was our first time there. When we said yes, he took the time to explain the history behind the restaurant’s name, which I thought was an amazing and thoughtful touch. If you’re ever in the Harrisburg area, definitely add this hidden gem to your bucket list of restaurants to try."

"Was staying in the Hershey area and looking for somewhere to eat, we were so happy that we stumbled on this gem. The service was fantastic and food was to die for. I had the apple cobbler french toast which was a special for the day and my friend had the empanadas. We also had coffee cake to share, probably the best coffee cake we’ve ever had. If I could compare this restaurant to something it would be like a warm hug from your grandmother, definitely would be back if I was ever in the area again."

It was a bit of a struggle to find parking, but we were able to be seated immediately without a reservation. Our server was so sweet and the food was delicious!
