"Jazzy's Good Eats was recommended to us by a friend and we are so happy we stopped by to have lunch! We were traveling through Harrisburg, so even though it's a take-out restaurant, there are a few tables and we stayed to eat there. One of us (me) is a vegetarian and the other is not. The meat-eater loved his chicken wings, saying the meat fell off the bone; it was so tender. I had a huge plate full of 4 sides (baked Mac & cheese, cabbage, potato salad & okra/corn/tomatoes) and had the coconut lavender drink. We both also had warm cornbread. Everything was amazing! I couldn't finish it all, but I also took the banana pudding home for later."

"I'll start with the bad to end with the good. I found them on GrubHub, and I couldn't figure out why I couldn't finish my order. So I ended up calling them from my cellphone (which is out of state), and they didn't answer. I had my hubs call, which has a local number, and they answered immediately. So... I'd suggest the establishment should answer EVERY call. Moving on, ordered th Beef ribs , very flavorful but a bit tough, Mac& cheese & collard greens that was good. My kid got the the fried wings, fries and Mac & cheese & devoured it. The hubs got the fried fish fries and cabbage. Fish was great his only complaint was the cabbage needed a bit more seasoning I thought I was ok the way it is. And then don't use any pork pork products. But I'd say food: 4.5 atmosphere: 5 Service: 5"

"Had very HIGH expectations for this place seeing the reviews. I gotta remember I’m from the country and probably never find what I’m looking for. With that being said I was VERY DISAPPOINTED in my meal. Sides were EXCELLENT but my turkey wing was wayyyyyy over or under cooked. Tuff as nails to pull apart rubbery seem like ann old batch and not edible AT ALL. Definitely not fresh. Couldn’t even pul the bone out or separate it. Being honest. I tore the sides up and toss the whole turkey wing. Very very VERY DISAPPOINTED. Don’t know if I got a bad batch or old batch but it definitely wasn’t fresh. Yams were out of this world and Mac was also delicious. Just my main course (TURKEY WING) was tuff and couldn’t even pull apart to eat. Probably be back for them sides hopefully I can changed this review if they make it right. If you a cook which I am you should have known those turkey wings won’t right! Everyone can’t cook turkey wings respectfully saying thou. They take time and the right heat to get them sticky and tender. Not tuff and rubbery. I honestly was pissed but everyday can’t be perfect . 20+ dollors for 2 sides is wild. Edit: right after I write my review the Turkey wings are off the menu 🤦🏽‍♂️ so if you knew they wasn’t right why take my money?? Just took my money and gave me anything huh. Where is the pride in what food you pur out with your name on it? Bad business smh check your food BEFORE LEAVING. RESPONSE TO OWNER: What you mean let you know what went wrong? "I had smothered Turkey chops over a bed of white rice collard grass, yams, cornbread, and sweet potato pie. I ended up here all because of timing. I missed lunch at another establishment and this place was around the corner. My goodness, it did not disappoint!!!! I’ve never had Turkey chops, so I was a little nervous of how it would taste. The meat was lean, seasoned, and plentiful. The yams were delicious. It wasn’t cooked in that dark juice, with marshmallows, or too sweet. I appreciated the green not having those pepper buds which makes them spicy.warning really should be given the places that do that. Initially, I didn’t see the sign for sweet potato pie, but when I did, I couldn’t believe it. Finding a slice of sweet potato pie on a Thursday afternoon in Harrisburg, Who knew? I didn’t get to my cornbread yet, but I know it is soft and golden. Disclaimer: 1) I didn’t know rice came with the chops and I was wishing the had some. You couldn’t image when I opened my tray nearly 8 hours later. 2) I did not warmed up my food……if I enjoyed it room temperature, that confirms to me, them people can cook!!!"

"Soooooo I’ve heard mixed reviews about this place so my hopes weren’t highly but they also weren’t low. My food was very very good I also ordered the potato salad and banana pudding I thought the banana pudding had too much cinnamon or something for my liking but it was delicious! I thought the greens could of used a little seasoning but baby the food was good…… I would definitely recommend for good soul food 8/10"
